Terms of Service (TOS)
Definitions
- We/Us: Aspiration Hosting or any party acting on Aspiration Hosting’s instructions.
- You/Client/Customer: The person purchasing services or acting on the customer’s instructions.
- Member: The purchaser of services or their agents.
- Registrant: The person applying for a domain name or their agents.
- Registry: The relevant domain names registry.
- Server: The computer server equipment for the provision of services.
- Web Site: The allocated space on the server for your internet site.
- TOS: This agreement.
Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting the changes. By using Aspiration Hosting services, you agree to this document in its entirety.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorised access or misuse must be reported immediately. Aspiration Hosting is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account usage.
Domain Name Registration and SSL Certificates
- Registration of a domain name is subject to approval by the relevant naming authority, and confirmation of registration will be sent upon success.
- Administration charges are non-refundable, even if a domain registration is refused.
- Aspiration Hosting is not liable for disputes involving domain names. Disputes must be resolved by the involved parties, although we may suspend, cancel, or withhold a domain name at our discretion.
- SSL certificates may be revoked, substituted, or priced differently without prior notice. Free SSL certificates will be revoked if hosting services are canceled unless a paid arrangement is made.
Service Availability
- Aspiration Hosting guarantees 99.9% server uptime for shared hosting. Credits for downtime must be claimed within 72 hours and do not apply to dedicated servers.
- Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause occasional service interruptions, for which Aspiration Hosting is not liable.
Data Backup Policy
Aspiration Hosting performs routine backups for internal purposes but does not guarantee data integrity. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Backups will not be provided after account suspension unless outstanding bills are fully settled.
Payment and Billing
Services are billed in advance. Late payments may lead to service suspension or termination. Certain fees, including domain registration and SSL certificates, are non-refundable.
Accounts are suspended 5 days after overdue invoices, and dedicated servers are terminated 3 days after overdue invoices.
Reactivation of suspended accounts may incur a fee.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting fees for first-time accounts. Refunds exclude non-refundable items such as setup fees, domain registrations, or add-ons. No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to TOS violations.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee is available for first-time accounts, excluding non-refundable items.
- Refunds for canceled accounts are only applicable to hosting fees, excluding special promotions and additional services.
- Requests for refunds or credit due to uptime issues must be submitted within 72 hours.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, TOS violations, or any activity compromising the security or performance of our network. You may terminate your account by providing written notice. Fees are non-refundable upon termination.
Privacy Policy

We do not share or sell your personal information except as required by law or for service provisioning.
Support Restrictions
Aspiration Hosting does not provide full support and application support for 3rd party scripts including all scripts listed in Installatron, Softaculous, etc and any other script.
If you open a ticket requesting support for a 3rd party script, your ticket will be answered on a “best effort” basis, which does not guarantee resolutions.
The offer of any particular service does not constitute an obligation on the Aspiration Hosting part to tutor the necessary skills to utilise that service, only to provide system-specific information.
Problems with domain names/DNS issues are NOT directly the responsibility of Aspiration Hosting . DNS is a cooperative system and works solely because the parties involved in running the system agree to cooperate in the furtherance of the DNS/domain system. We will do our best to isolate the source of the problem at hand, however unless this source is hardware directly under the control of Aspiration Hosting, then the task of acquiring a solution will fall back into your hands. Aspiration Hosting will advise when requested, but rarely intermediate in domain issues not directly related to the operation of one of our DNS servers.
Lawful Purpose
Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Aspiration Hosting server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Aspiration Hosting management. Regardless of the place of signing this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue this contract was entered into in the United States of America, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the United States of America.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Aspiration Hosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Aspiration Hosting, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aspiration Hosting against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Aspiration Hosting server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; ( 3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Aspiration Hosting server.
Disclaimer
Aspiration Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Aspiration Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Aspiration Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by aspiration hosting and its employees. Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to cancel/suspend/terminate your account at its own discretion with or without reason if it feels the account will cause damage to the organisation or any other reason. Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to alter the services provided at any time with or without notice.
All sub-networks, clients and dedicated servers of Aspiration Hosting must adhere to the mentioned here policies.
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Material accessible to you through Aspiration Hosting services may be subject to protection under the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use Aspiration Hosting or its servers and network in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the Aspiration Hosting network. If you use a domain name in connection with Aspiration Hosting or similar service, you must not use that domain name in violation of any trademark, service mark, or similar rights of any third party.
Contract
Aspiration Hosting reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify our Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and our other policies and agreements under our Master Service Agreement at any time and in any manner without prior notice. All users of Aspiration Hosting, and their clients, must comply with our Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and our other policies and agreements under our Master Service Agreement.
